  My 12-year old son is OBSESSED with skating...he does it EVERY day to learn crazy tricks that I can barely remember the names of. This quilt is absolutely perfect for him, and he picked the colors himself. The cardinal board is our little inside joke, and will be the binding once I get around to quilting this thing. :-D

  Music in Red, Black & White

  I had several pieces of music themed fabrics that I had collected, all in black, white and one red piece. I made this lap-sized quilt but never used it. In 2014 I decided to donate it to the Sweet Adeline chorus that I sing with. We sold chances and drew the winner at our Holiday Luncheon. A friend of one of our members won it and as luck would have it, she was quite musical.

  Great Day for a Picnic

  I was given 2 charm packs and decided to combine them with a white tone on tone in a simple pattern to make a quilt that could be a child's quilt or a table topper or a "table" for a spring picnic.   Jennifer Throw

  I made this for my childhood neighbor who was also my French teacher who is turning 93 later this month. One of her daugthers is putting together a surprise card basket for her from her past students. I decided to make her a small throw. I remember that she use to sew and I loved her lovely flower gardens and remember just a little French. :) The pattern is from Three Times The Charm book - pattern Jennifer.   Halloween Quilt

  I love Halloween! I made this fun quilt using Jenny's "Zipper Quilt" tutorial and a 'Monster Bash' Jelly Roll. Quilt measures 44" x 50". Note: the tutorial uses charm squares for this size, with a jelly roll you can do a twin or another small quilt. The quilting is "Along Came a Spider" Pantograph from Urban Elementz

  Rail Fence

  I saw this on the Midnight Quilt Show with Angela Walters. I wanted to try it so I purchased the material last Saturday at the Northwest Quilt Expo in Portland, Oregon. I finished it yesterday. It took me 2 day. Of course it still has to be quilted and finished. It is kind of wild and different but I like it. It is made from Batiks.
