Mom's favorite

When I was diagnosed with leukemia in 2012 i retreated to my sewing room and pieced my first quilt. I didn't know who or where it was going to go but I just needed to sew. I needed bright, cheery colors! As I put this together I thought of my mom, who was 80 years old and knew she's would love it. So when it was done I gifted it to her and she LOVES IT!
