Frogs /Bugs/& Sea Creatures

This is a children's crib donation to a Children's Hospital quilt. I had a panel of Frogs and Sea Creature's but not enough to make a crib size quilt . The cut items were framed in zebra print but that disappeared in the seam allowance when stitching together . I added framework of a zebra print and also some plain colorful squares of the same size as the cut squares to enlarge the size of this quilt. Inside those plain squares I used my funny creature's pattern from my embroidery machine. Sort of time consuming but turned out cute. I framed each creature with a fancy stitched border so this quilted my crib quilt nicely. Used a monster print fabric for the back side and the same for the binding..
