Lotus Quilt

This is the first project that I have made from the, "Block" book by Missouri Star. I was trying to use materials that I already owned. Each lotus leaf is from a quilt or item that I made for my immediate family. Thrilled me so much when my 4 year old granddaughter began telling me who in the family had quilts and etc from each leaf of fabric.
