Blue Northcott Reindeer Sparkle pattern quilt

I just finished hand binding this Blue Northcott Reindeer Sparkle pattern quilt. This is the fifth of eight quilts that I quilted on my friend's longarm in Florida. I made this a long time ago. It had wavy borders, so my first experience at easing borders in on a longarm ;-) I'll gift this one to my daughter. Her favorite color is blue too. I bought three of these panels. This is the second one finished. 53.5" x 71.5"

Pumpkin Table Runner

Just saw Jenny's Pumpkin Spice tutorial and love how the pumpkins look. I wanted to do something quick, so I chose one type of pumpkin and put 3 together for a table runner. I haven't done much applique so my pumpkins have stems but no leaves. Still practicing my quilting! Measures 15 x 40

Piano Runner

The friend who received the purple Lonestar, requested a runner for her piano. She gave me liberty for color choices. I wanted something bright, this log cabin came to life. Yes, Quilt Police, there is a mistake. I didn't notice it till much later. I quilted in the ditch around all the fabric. I apologize for the grainy photo, another one from old computer. I will not see this one again either.

My Sewing Buddies, OWLS

I seen these on a YouTube video and I just had to make at least "one". They made up so fast, and with all the nice scraps I have, I couldn't resist in making (more)!! They only took about 5 minutes. It took longer to pick out the fabric, ha ha ha!!. I would change the bottom with a heavy metal washer, so that they can stand easier. Of course cover it with the fabric first.

One More Pinwheel!

Update 11-21-19 Just got my hubby's quilt back from long armer. Very happy with it! Since I have made all three of my children a pinwheel quilt, I just had to make one more for my husband. This is Kansas Troubles "On Meadowlark Pond". During the day, while my husband is at work, I have been working on this. Just before he comes home, I tuck it away in my sewing room so he doesn't see it! I made him a quilt a few years back in Kansas Troubles Favorites, so I know he will like this color scheme.
