I made this from MSQC youtube tutorial, by unpicking a second Starburst quilt top I had made for my mother. She said she would like a different pattern for her second sofa after I had made the second Starburst! Sheila brought me into the world so because I had none of that fabric left I unpicked the Starburst. This resulted in some really wonky HSTs and dodgy points! I got fed up with it so will quilt it in the "near" future!

A couple of months ago, I was watching a YouTube video on the Jelly Roll Rug with The Fabric Garden. After viewing the video, I just fell in love with hers! (Purple's) This rug seems to be so popular right now. You just need a jelly roll, and 2.5" cut batting. (For the size I made, I used two jelly rolls, and three rolls of the 2.5" batting.) You can purchase the pattern by RJ Designs. I used Boundless Hydrangea to match my bed quilt, wall hanging, and chest topper. You can make this rug any size you want, but the finished size on the pattern is a 30" x 44" rug. You can make it oval, circular, or a rectangle. *2nd Update: I just finished my rug today (6-27-18) I enlarged it twice now! It turned out to be a 37" x 53". My bedroom Hydrangea ensemble is finally complete!
