Pinwheel Baby Quilt

I watched Jenny make pinwheels on a tutorial and I was hooked! This little quilt is for a student I had some 25 years ago who has grown up and is having a baby in August. I haven't seen her in years, but we keep in touch via facebook. The picture makes the quilt look like orange or peach, but really it mostly pink & yellow.

Biggest Quilt Block I Ever Made!

Inspired by Disappearing Hour Glass Block matching quilt on the wall. Thanks Jenny for the tutorial. Redesigned my sewing studio (code for extra bedroom) - it feels like me in here. Try it - I used oil-based porch paint on a primed wooden floor. (2 coats primer, white, then grey graphic)
