I found this wonderful book by Carrie Nelson - Schnibbles Times Two - I made this baby quilt with 2 charm packs and some yardage. I adapted it to make it a bit bigger by adding a scalloped border. I FMQ it by meandering. On the border I used a ruler to FMQ the lines. Had a lot of fun doing this one.

Zip It Quilt

I made this as a baby quilt for my grandson. I used some scraps from my stash and the border was from Simply Colorful II. The back is flannel - grey crisscross. I did meandering free motion to quilt it. I have now added a pic from 2017 of my grandson on the quilt in a park. So great to have it in use. :)

Katie's Quilt

My version of MSQC Katie's Quilt. This quilt was made for my goddaughter's 21st birthday. She loves the colour blue. This was the largest quilt I've made and the first quilt I've quilted on my mid-arm. Fabric is Cold Spell Batiks by Laundry Basket Quilts and Kona Natural. Top was made with 2.5' jelly rolls and 5' charms. Back is cream minky.

Baby Quilt

This quilt was made for a friend to send to her best friend in San Francisco. She wanted it to be soft and"girly". The backing is flannel with small stars and the front is mostly roses and a few triangles of "Princess Sofia". The quilting is Free Motion quilting on my domestic machine. On the back it looks like large flowers.
