My brother-in-law has been a firefighter for many years and has collected shirts from all his jobs. My sister gave me those shirts last year to create this quilt for his birthday. It was so special to take part in that gift, and a joy to finish my first t-shirt quilt.

Scrappy Snowball Quilt

My Bloomerang

Makenzi and Matylda's gifts

Jungle Babies for Spencer Daniel

I recently came across this delightful pattern (designed by Casey York & by windhamfabrics.com.) whilst I was looking for something special to make for my friend who is pregnant with her first baby. I fell in LOVE with this and it is such a fun pattern to make. It measures 65"x75" so is a single bed size rather than a cot size. However, I just couldn't resist making this darling pattern especially when my local fabric store had the PERFECT fabric to use also.

Charity Baby Quilt

These delightful machine embroidered squares were purchased by my friend from our local Red Cross store. She kindly gave them to me to make into something special. I had the perfect flannelette fabric to make a suitable cot quilt. I will most likely donate this to the Perth Children's Hospital, WA Australia.
