The first quilt ever! Had no clue how to use a rotary cutter so cutting blocks went crazy! Had no idea how to square them up so i was taking chunks off of one side and it was just a disaster. But i powered through it. Then came quilting without having propper equiptment (aka walking foot or fmq foot) so i just did wonky.lines to go with the wonky blocks. It still keeps my daughter warm the same as a "perfect" quilt so, no worries.

Second quilt i ever made after taking a quilting class to learn how to square up blocks. Made from HSTs, my first design that i had planned didnt pan out... It looked unbalanced. So i played around with the blocks for an hour or two and realised i could make a zigzag out of it. Quarter inch quilting lines on either side of the seams (i still dont have a walking foot and FMQ foot) and scrappy binding of the red fabric and the quilt backing fabric. Im so proud of it!
