I made this for a good friend's new baby boy. The original stripology pattern was too random for me so I reconfigured and rearranged to come up with this pattern. This came together really simply and I couldn't be happier with the result!

Strip and flip baby quilt

This was a baby quilt I made for friends who had tried long and hard to get pregnant. As my husband and I also went through many years of infertility, I was thrilled when they found out they were pregnant. I don't usually love large print fabrics but these were gorgeous! This was all done in tones of turquoise and orange to match her nursery.

I made this for a friend's very premature baby. Although more traditionally "boy" colored, this family loves turtles and so this was made for their daughter. This was my first appliqued project that I have done.

Pink, Silver, and Gold Baby Quilt

I made this baby quilt for friends for the occasion of the birth of their first daughter. I like baby quilts that do not look too "baby-ish" as I feel like both the recipient and the parents can use/display the quilt longer without it looking out of place. This quilt was made using the "Off the Rails" pattern by Jay Bird Quilts.
