I watched a video on YouTube of a guy making a Lone Star. I decided to give it a try. I needed to increase my size, so the other stars were added, to the top and bottom. I do have it sandwiched now, but not quilted. Unsure to do my meandering that I like to do or stitch 1/4 inch away from seams.

This is my play on Jenny’s Crumb Quilt Triple Play. I added blue Star sashing ( looks like X’s here) and a fabric border to get my size of 68x82. I also increased my blocks to 12 1/2 inch.

I ‘think’ this is the last runners I’ll make this Christmas. I used the same fall fabrics on one except the back is a black background with large pumpkins and gourds. The other is in patriotic colors for ones patriotic holidays. Thanks for looking at all the runners I’ve made this year for gifts. I think I made one for each woman that will be here except two will go to friends. Merry Christmas all!

Another mix of holiday or seasonal runners for Christmas gifts. I made this from the Disappearing 9 Patch block instructions from Jenny.

Our quilting group donates quilts every Christmas to CASA for the children. This year was our most donated at once. I think before we always tried to make at least 50. A wonderful assortment. At least two of mine were tutorials of Missouri Star, the Skateboard and Charms on Point. I also see Turnabout Granny Squares. Can you spot anymore?
