I stitched and quilted this Jellyroll Race 2 quilt for a very special couple getting married March 2018. I used a jellyroll and Kona white, Kona Black, and Kona grey for the backing. They loved their new quilt.

Native Sun Four-Patch Frenzy

I made this quilt for my nephew who has graduated as a doctor with a special interest in indigenous health. He LOVES bright colours so the Native Sun charms squares had to be the choice. The lavender and teal solids hopefully blend in nicely. I followed Jenny’s Four Patch Frenzy tutorial but used charm squares instead of layer cakes. The back is pieced using mainly Kaffe Fassett dots, but I also included the teal and lavender solids to tie the front and back together.
