Iron Quilter was done and there was so many beautiful quilts with the feature fabric that I knew would be perfect for Ally. Alas, it was out of stock! So I found one really close called Enchanted Garden by Sentimental Studios for Moda. By baglady80 5 LIKES | 1413 VIEWS Jelly Roll Race for Rain I saw this amazing fabric "Giggles" by Me and My Sister and I just knew it had to make a quilt for granddaughter #2 Rain. I watched Jenny's tutorial 10 times to make sure I was doing it right . . . it came out beautiful! By baglady80 3 LIKES | 1209 VIEWS T Square This quilt I made for my grandson Ayden. It is the first non rag quilt I have completed. I learned alot from making this. My husband helped me cut and sew them together. I really enjoyed making it. By Mousegiggle 7 LIKES | 1295 VIEWS Lena's Wacky pinwheel quilt I made this for my 6 yr old granddaughter. When I made the wacky pinwheels I was not aware of a tool I could have purchased to make it wacky without cutting all those wedges and sewing them on the sides!!!! I also hid the name Lena calls me "Geeba" in one of the blocks. It is also the largest quilt that I have free motion quilted on my Janome 6600. I think it came out just the way I hoped it would! By GeebaCosta 7 LIKES | 1442 VIEWS Layer cake quilt I love missouri star quilt co. tutorials And one of the most recent ones I attempted was the layer cake quilt. I loved the simplicity of the piecing and the fact there were so few bulky seams that I was able to free motion quilt swirls onto the quilt and it came out flat and lovely with no major puckers or "flaws" in the finished product. It was a quick twin quilt for my 5 year old daughters girly bedroom. Turned out great!! Maybe even better than projects that took twice as long!
