So I have posted most of my hoops but this one. Feels good to have them out of my supply closet. I have this particular verse from the Bible hanging on my wall . It is drawing and framed in gold. So finding a scrap of material with houses on the fabric I decided the last hoop should be this and hope to give it as gift to someone who will appreciate it.

More of my found hoops, but this one is for me and not a gift. I saw this verse on a quilt or sewing site and wrote it down as I loved what it said. Quilting is really like life. Life is little events that make up your life like the pieces of a lovely quilt. So to ever put this out on a site I visited I thank you for it. I used my embroidery machine to make the verse words and stitched the patch on to some quilt fabric that already had a lovely quilt design . It will hang in my sewing corner.

I am still using more found hoops when I cleaned out a closet here. I like to do Bible verses so did about 3 of those or so. I found some Lilies in my embroidery software so here is the first Bible verse one. I have to do the lettering one letter at a time, getting better with spacing and centering them.

This very small hoop I used just a left over piece of material from a quilt fabric of a owl. Would be so cut in a child's room. All of these hoops will be gifted to someone.

This is a set of 3 hoops that can be hung separately or in a grouping . All of the embroidery work is software in my machine or a download to stick. The wording in all though I had to creat letter by letter. It is time consuming effort.

I forgot to add to the first items that once I had the project finished and sandwiched with stabilizer and quilt batting that I added a fabric back to hid all the stiches of the embroidery work and then when I put the rick rack about the hoop with glue the back side looked just a finished and the front sides.

Another hoop used . I used my embroidery machine to find designs and then used my letters to write verses on many of them This one however is just some cloud print material from another art project I did sometime back.. I used a light stabilizer and then quilt batting to make things seem more 3 D. Once the back hoop was on and all centered and tight I trimmed the stabilizer and batting over flow. Then to make those trimmed edges smooth I used Elmer glue to put rick rack around those edges. It works well to get about the circles as you have play with V design of the rick Rack. I have this verse on another small wall hanging I purchased many years ago, a favorite.

Here is another of coffe cups. This is my personal favorite so may not use it as gift. I pretty sure it will hang on my own wall somewhere.
