Holiday Flourish Panel Quilt

Thought this was such a pretty panel in the Holiday Flourish line. The pattern was on the Robert Kaufman website. Quilted by MSQC. This is sort of a companion quilt to one I made last year with the wreath panel. Love this fabric. This was a Christmas gift for my son and his family.

Christmas Quilt for Kyle

This quilt was a Christmas gift for my son Kyle. I used a pattern called Layer Cake Crumble that I found online for free. The fabric is some left over Holiday Flourish fat quarters.

Ribbon Star Holiday Flourish

This is the Christmas quilt I decided to keep for my own this year. I used the Holiday Flourish Scarlet jelly role and Kona cotton silver for the background. The border was purchased locally. I used Jenny's tutorial for the Ribbon Star Quilt. The quilting was done by MSQC with silver thread in a snowflake design. It shows up nicely on the white back. One of my favorites this year.

I saw this panel at a quilt show and got it for my grandkids for Christmas. The blocks surrounding the panel are a little different from the one at the quilt show but I like the way it turned out. Pretty quick crib size.

Christmas Panel Quilt

This is the Christmas Quilt I made to keep. I got the pattern from the fabric manufacturer's website. It was for a smaller panel so I had to add the sashing on the sides to get it to fit. I love the way it turned out and I'm keeping this one for my own Christmas quilt.

Big Star Christmas Quilt

This is a Christmas gift for one of my kids. I used Jenny's Big Star Quilt tutorial and the Maywood Studios Songbird Christmas 10" squares. I have since seen this fabric in a kit with the Quatrefoil pattern which looks really nice. If I make it again I would use something different to make the corner stars stand out more.

Baby's First Christmas Quilt

We were blessed with the birth of our beautiful granddaughter this year so when I saw the baby's first Christmas fabric I had to get it and make her a crib quilt. The pattern is called Tip Toes by Quilt Stitch and Sew. I used the Quilt in a Day Scallops, Vines and Waves template to do the scalloped border, and the Bias Binding tool to cut the binding.

Winter Pines

This quilt pattern is called Winter Pines in the Block summer 15 magazine. Jenny is the designer. It uses the large simple wedge template by MSQC. The quilting is the Pine Tree Meander pattern also by MSQC. I used red and green candy canes fabric for the backing. This is a Christmas gift for my son's family.
