My daughter is expecting a baby girl in June...so of course I needed to make a quilt. My daughter wanted a really bright cheerful quilt & this is what I came up with. The pattern is Charm Party by Juiie Hirt for Moda Bake shop. The only change I made was adding a border of Prairie Points.

I found this wonderful book by Carrie Nelson - Schnibbles Times Two - I made this baby quilt with 2 charm packs and some yardage. I adapted it to make it a bit bigger by adding a scalloped border. I FMQ it by meandering. On the border I used a ruler to FMQ the lines. Had a lot of fun doing this one.

Great Day for a Picnic

I was given 2 charm packs and decided to combine them with a white tone on tone in a simple pattern to make a quilt that could be a child's quilt or a table topper or a "table" for a spring picnic. The quilting was done with 2 different variegated threads that coordinated with the charm fabrics.
