Mother's rose
This quilt is a blooming nine patch that I made for my mother. My grandmother's favorite flower was a lilac rose. That is where I started when picking out fabric, lilac. The quilt was a gift to my mother on her 70th birthday.
I seen the quilt in a quilt shop many years ago and have been waiting for the right moment to make it.
