Big Sky with a twist
I made this in 2015 for my sister-in-law who celebrated a landmark birthday recently. I used a pattern by Karen Montgomery in her book Scrap Crazy 6" called Big Sky. I made a modification to the pattern, used batiks and put flannel on the back. It came out beautiful. She loved it.
