Inspired by a wall hanging mini on the Simple Simon & Co website; they had taken the pattern tutorial from Elizabeth Hartman/Sew Mama Sew. I used a variegated thread to quilt the top with. I backed the mini quilt with Grunge Spots. Eventually, the mini will hang on a wall in my sewing room.

Revised Modern Courthouse Steps
