SHOOTING STAR WITH MY PAWPAW'S TIES
This quilt was a labor of love, I had never made many quilts, when my Pawpaw passed away. So in 2003, I took some of his ties and made this tie quilt. It was a challenge, but he loved his ties, and I gave the quilt to his youngest daughter. She says she can remember all the ties in the quilt. What a treasure.
