Big T in Greens!
Something I saw inspired me to think green. Then I saw this pattern and the green really took hold. I found two green prints in my stash and it became evident really quickly which one went with my “solid” green leftovers. I really liked how it looked in my brain as a center medallion in a large bed of white. After a quick consultation with my design team (Mom, Aunt, and sisters) I made more and pushed it to a queen size. Then I had to ask a friend how do you figure giant triangles for on point blocks? She found a great tool! And the best thing it worked! https://www.allpeoplequilt.com/sites/allpeoplequilt.com/files/uploads/cutting_setting_squares_and_trianges.pdf Then I made myself crazy by putting a tiny strip of white in the borders. Why am I posting before it is finished? Because I am planning on some interesting repetition of the piecing in the quilting; and it is only half formed in my brain so those types of projects can sit for a year in my to-do pile as the designs percolate.
