I bought this as a kit several years ago at a local quilt shop. I love the colors! This is the first quilt I've used a boarder print. This quilt is to be used on my bed, even though I give most of my work to others.

This was a kit bought several years ago. I started and finished at a couple different quilt retreats with my quilting group. I needed their help with the mitered boarder.

I made this quilt over a two year period. I started it at a quilt retreat with Sharon Strout. The pattern was a three part series from Fons and Porter Magazine 6-7 years ago. The fabrics are from several different designer. My local long arm quilted did the quilting. I had them use three different thread colors and think it looks just as interesting from the backside. Picture does not do justice to the back. This one will be handed down to my first grand daughter someday.
