This quilt is for our son-in-law to say thanks for his military service. Loved this Layer Cake from Moda "Because of the Brave." I had watched Jenny's tutorial on the Illusions Quilt Block and decided it would be perfect for this project.

This quilt was made as a wedding gift for my niece and her husband. Black/white/cream is a favorite color combination to use and I liked the more contemporary look for a young couple. I have used this pattern several times.
