Crib Blanket
I picked up what I thought were flannel squares in a children's zoo design . Wanted to make a small children crib quilt. I discovered the squares were fleece with a knit backing. Terrible hard to sew and keep square. My design called for the 10 inch blocks to be sewn together and then cut again. However this stuff pilled all over. So I added a flannel border to square the quilt as best I could and tied it in the corners, the side seam and the middle. Used no batting as the fleece and flannel made it pretty heavy. Donated it.
