I needed a break from the postage stamp quilt I was working on. This looked like a good idea. So many Y seams. I never got any better at them. This was another kit I bought years ago.

I was trying to get the colors of fire but think I left out about 10 colors.

This was a perfectly good and beautiful panel. So I cut it up into smaller pieces and put black leading (fabric strips) in between the pieces. Kind of looks like stained glass.

I had seen pictures of this on pintrest and was dying to make it. Finally found the pattern and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was.
