Animal strip quilt
I found a strip set with wild animal prints in white, bright pink and blue. When I got it home, I realized it was just the same four prints. I used some black for a background and started playing around with the possibilities. I liked having the white and blue pieces alternating their placement.
I then found the giraffe print to use as a backing, and had it quilted using blue thread, and bound in blue. My niece loved it!
