Batik Diamonds

I had an idea using 4" strips and quarter triangles. This is the result. Hope a child likes it!

Hope

Amid the dark days of Covid-19, there is hope that flowers will bloom again and the sun will shine. I didn't have a pattern but just an idea and this is what I came up with. I hope a child likes it.

Christmas Candy

I didn't have a pattern for this quilt but I saw one a lady had made and thought I could recreate it. All the fabric except the muslin was donated. Hope a child likes it.

Teddy Bears

Our group of ladies were given yardage from a donated bolt of print fabric and were asked to make a 10.5" block to be put together to make one quilt. My block is a teddy bear and I had enough yardage left over to make this quilt. Hope a child likes it!

Whirly Gigs

I didn't know what to do with the donated print fabric and this design seemed as good as any. It is made with 3" x 5.5" strips. Hope a child likes it.

Raindrops

I saw this quilt in a catalogue I get in the mail. I decided I could make the block without buying the pattern. The quilt is designed by Kristin Gassaway. Hope a child likes it!

Sweet Simplicity

The quilt design is by Merlene Sanborn in the book Quilt it with Love. I had only 1 yard of donated cupcake fabric and this seemed like it would work. Hope a child likes it!

Pineapple Quilt

I have been very busy and wanted a project that I didn't have to think too much about. These blocks were made with the mini pineapple tool from Creative Grids. Hope a child likes it!

Happy Easter Happy Spring

A wonderful lady cleaned out her sewing room and donated 7 bags full of fabric. The ladies in our Project Linus group were like children on Christmas morning! This is one of the fabrics I got at the "give away". Hope it helps a child through a difficult time.
