  Double Irish Chain

  I made this lap size quilt for my husband. His favorite color is John Deere green! Hence, the several shades of green. Quilt pattern is from Eleanor Burns and is all fabric by the yard. I used a Seminole pieced border to add interest.

  Chopped Block Baby Quilt

  My niece is expecting her first child and requested that I make a baby quilt with the colors black, gold and white. Here's the finished quilt. I had purchased earlier this year a group of fat quarters at a quilt show with no idea what I was planning to do with them. So I was surprised when she requested the black, gold and white and that I had fabrics with those colors already.

  Another Hourglass
