Tulips for Victoria
This is for my grand niece's big girl bed as she is getting too big for her crib. I watched the MSQ tulip quilt tutorial and then changed it up with a pin wheel boarder on two sides and scrappy binding. I used part of an "I spy sweet things" layer cake and and a "confetti" charm pack and fabric from my stash. Bright yellow minky on the back. FMQ feathers, scallops, some ruler work and wavy lines.
