Strippin' Time

I had purchased two identical jelly rolls with the intention of making a strippy rag quilt from them, but decided I should use each one for an individual quilt. As a new quilter, I was looking for an easy project, and this one fit the bill. I attended my first quilt retreat last weekend and in two days I managed to cut one jelly roll into lots of little pieces and reassemble them into what is really my first pieced quilt top (I don't consider my rag quilts to be pieced, just assembled).
