My Happy Quilt

I collected charms made by Bonnie and Camille for Moda for a number of years, not sure what I wanted to do with them. When I saw the Falling Charms tutorial, I knew it would show them off perfectly. I used the brighter ones and Kona snow that I cut into 2 1/2 strips, because I had a bolt of it. I made it really large, it is bigger than a queen size. I wanted it to go down and cover the box springs so I could not use a bedskirt. It is in my guest room that was vacated when my son grew up and flew the nest. I purchased a small table at an antique shop and painted it aqua, the color that first attracted me to these collections, and added red, and it makes me happy just to go look at that room. A long-time friend who has a quilting machine let me "drive" her toy and I did about half of the quilt, she finished it for me. It is one of my favorite quilts that I've ever made. I have many more planned from the wonderful YouTube videos you offer! You can see that my cats have tested and approved this quilt!
