Scrap Jellyroll Race

So several years ago when the jellyroll race first came out, I decided to give it a try. Didn't have a jellyroll so I just used a bunch of scrap strips we had. I think I got a bit too much into the groove of sewing the strips together as I had enough for this large quilt, a throw quilt and the binding for both! It sat under the bed in my mom's sewing room until recently when it was rediscovered. Just finished putting the binding on it last night. It is definitely more of a second quilt on the bed then the top pretty one, but since I put flannel on the back it will be nice and warm in the winter.
