Butterfly Strip Quilt

I went to a local workshop for this MSQC pattern and I wanted to make it look more like a butterfly. I added extra corners on the bottom and solid bodies instead of the background strip. I used a Sugar Pie by Lella Boutique for Moda jelly roll, a lightweight silky Art Gallery denim and a bamboo batting. I love how it feels! This quilt is so soft and feels so wonderful to touch with the different textures. Hooray for selfish sewing!
