The Friendship Quilt

It all started with an idea of everyone in the quilting group to make a block, well, it escalated! Everyone bought 5 different fabrics, cut 10 inch squares from each piece, then passed it around to everyone. We each made a quilt block (whatever block we wanted to make, out of the 5 dif pieces of fabric, from each of 20 people). Then we started sewing every block together. There were all colors of the rainbow when everyone finished. Instead of sewing the rainbow together, we decided to just sew like colors together.
