Peggy's Project #32.5 - Sewing Machine Mat / Cover

This sewing machine mat doubles as a cover. When I'm using the machine, I roll the cover section and store behind the machine. When not using my machine, I unroll that section over the top to use as a cover. It was fun making this - it took just 1/2 yard (WoF) each of 2 fabrics, some left-over batting to fit, and a 3rd fabric for the binding. I modified the basic machine pad pattern (by MSQC and many other patterns on the internet and YouTube) by using the Width of Fabric instead of cutting it to simply fit under the machine. It took only part of one day in May 2019 to sew this project. Posted 07/08/19.
