Peggy's Quilt #9 - Simon's Construction Illusion

My grandson, Simon, will be 7 on February 20, 2016. This quilt and a matching pillowcase are his birthday gifts. Some kids are into dinosaurs when they're this age. Not Simon. He's into gigantic mining equipment. Thankfully, Caterpillar has licensed their products for fabric. What luck! I used Jenny Doan's Illusion tutorial, and made Simon a twin-sized quilt. The binding is grass green, and the backside is green flannel. Lyn Durbin at Camlyn Quilts did the edge-to-edge long arm quilting.
