Steve's recovery quilt

I bought a Jelly Roll from one of Missouri Star quilts "deal of the day", it was "Dance of the Dragonfly". I wanted to make a quilt special for my husband that was going to have surgery but i never had a jelly roll before. Then my McCall's "Quick Quilts" came (Aug/Sept 2017), page 22 "Celestial" by Carolyn Beam and it was perfect for what I wanted. Took about 5 weeks but got it done in time. Had a lot of fun doing it.
