Little bit rebel.

This is my second quilt. I'm finishing up a bunch for Christmas. It is for my step daughter and we happen to share favorite colors. :-) She is a mix of smart, outgoing, tomboy, yet a lady as well. She grew up with five brothers and can hold her own. She has a tint of rebel too. I made one of the nine block not quite match the others, just to fit her personality. I'm so excited and can't wait to give it to her. It ended up being a lot bigger than intended, so the shortest member of the family will get the biggest quilt. ::giggle:: Was wanting just personal sized, but this will cover the top her queen sized bed. I'm choosing to tie my quilts like my husband's grandmother used to do. Gives it that home made traditional feel. The back is that beautiful purple rose fabric.
