Quilt for Megan

This is a crib quilt for my cousin Megan, who is due this summer. We are not really close to each other because of our age difference, and growing up so far apart. However, thanks to facebook we are getting to know each other. I am proud of all she has accomplished and now she is an awesome Mom with number two on the way. :-) The pattern was an used book store find. Template Free Quiltmaking is copy righted in 1986, and Trudie Hughes is the author. The quilt pattern is called Around the Twist. This is my first try at free motion quilting a design on my Heavy Duty Singer.
