Signature Retirement Quilt

I just gifted this signature quilt to a dear friend and coworker for her retirement Tuesday night. I collected signatures from recent hires all the way back as far as I could. We contacted many that have moved on and those who have retired. She has worked as an x-ray technologist for 49 years. I made the blocks and sent them to all of our locations and her previous place of employment. I sent micron pigma pens and instructions. I cut a stencil (out of x-ray film, of course) and asked each to sign inside the cut-out. No freezer paper or stabilizer and it turned out great!
