Sisters of the Cloth

I was really a self-taught quilter until I joined a quilt guild in 2011. We were all beginners at the time, but met once a month for show & tell, and to teach each other something new. I put the 12" blocks we made into this sampler quilt. One of my favorite parts is the dark blue border. I think it would have looked too "sweet" without it. This is more than just a quilt. It is a reminder of how blessed I am to have these ladies in my life. I am so thankful for quilters! (Completed 2012)
