Elena’s Birthday Quilt

My Granddaughter Elena was turning two and I decided to make her a small quilt. Her momma said she was in a toddler bed. So I didn’t think that would be very hard. When I had quite a few squares made, I called her mama and asked her for the dimensions of the toddler bed. I told her I was almost finished with all the squares, and I was excited to get them put together. Elena’s Momma told me that Elena didn’t like her toddler bed, and they had set up a queen size bed for her to sleep in. All I could think of was I had a lot more squares to make.
