Mariners Compass

This quilt has been my most intimidating challenge so far. I used the quiltsmart pattern and watched the man sewing tutorial. I love the material choices and made a change to the top I wanted to use during the creation phase and ended up waiting for nearly a month for the material to come because of the current virus crisis. Thankfully the friend I made it for has been so gracious to wait patiently. She’s so excited to give it to her Mom who is also a quilter and always wanted to make a quilt in this pattern. I’m anxious to hear what she thinks of it.
