Rob Appell’s Slice-a-Block - my dyed fabrics

I recently came across MSQC and with that the ModBlock publication. I tried a couple digital editions and fell in love. I showed my husband, James, the slice-a-block quilt from the 2016, vol.2 edition and he liked it. James stated it reminded him of HotWheels. So...I dyed some fabric choosing colors inspired by vintage HW SpectraFlame paint colors. These vintage cars are also referred to as RedLines. This quilt represents two things: My first with my new longarm, delivered April 21, 2019. Second, a quilt my husband will enjoy with every night’s sleep.
