Evening Sky

Della said make me a purple quilt, and sent me a pic of Phoebe's Flower Box. Could not find the material shown so chose my own. I went a little crazy as started pulling material off the shelf and had them cut, cut, cut, about 15'ish different prints or more. Did make a few changes to the pattern. This quilt is unfinished as have been to busy to lay it out and pin. I actually know what FMQ pattern I will use, which is unusual as am in stitches trying to figure out what to do. Just new to FMQ, and learning. I would encourage any FMQ quilters out there do not be discouraged if can't control brain or muscle memory to make same movement every time. Some of us can't do it no matter how hard we try. So my quilting is primitive child's play. For instance instead of pebbles, I do haystack pebbles, or bubbles. I guarantee a lovely outcome.
