I Just Love Sugar

Quilts have always intrigued me. But I did not know a quilter who could unlock the mysteries of quilting. I stumbled across Missouri Star Quilt and Jenny Doan and her fabulous tutorrials. I found the key! I ordered 2 packages of 5" charm packs featuring a candy motif. The "Disappearing Nine Patch" tutorrial interested me because Jenny assured me "no seams matching." While I had my fabric and sewing stuff assembled, I was hesitant to start. So I began reading the Forum, learning what fascinating projects quilters were making. I reached out in the Forum sharing my lack of confidence. All the quilters responded with the same theme-just do it. Well I did! It took me 21/2 years but I completed my first quilt!
