Dolly quilt for Victoria

I made a tulip quilt for my niece a while back and thought that a coordinating dolly quilt would be fun to do with left over blocks from projects. I used left over wool batting and fabric from my stash to add to the blocks. I had been struggling with quilting swirls, so this was a fun, low pressure opportunity to improve them.
