Book Pillow For My 2nd Granddaughter

This is a book pillow for my 2nd Granddaughter's 1st birthday. She turns one on November 5th. I decided to use the same fabric I used to make her baby quilt so they would go together. I embroidered her name and birthdate in dark purple. This time instead of inserting a zipper at the bottom, I made an envelope opening in the back. Just thought it would be more comfortable for her to lay her head on, and no worries of the zipper pull poking her sweet face!
