Quilt of Valor

My son spent six years as a Navy SEAL. While he was deployed, his roommate who was stationed stateside provided supporr for my son and others in harms way. He was a source of comfort to us when I would watch too much news. I made this quilt to thank him for watching out for all of us, and for his dedication to our country. Our son is home safe and sound now, but I remain forever grateful to all our men and women who are willing to place themselves at risk to assure my freedom.
